Refunds All refunds are subject to an administration fee. Please ask for a copy of our Refund Policy. Skates, Skateboards, Bicycles and Scooters. For the safety of our visitors, please ensure that skateboards are only used in designated areas outside of the parks. All cyclists on the parks must wear cycle helmets. In order to prevent accidents, please do not use bicycles, scooters, skates or roller blades before 9am or after 6pm.
